It is not a war between two political components, it is a judicial case par excellence: the Appeal Prosecutor of Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, has not opened a war against the leader of the chosen one, Walid Jumblatt. he has opened court cases that began with the complaint and today have come to the exploitation of influence in real estate cases.

In mid-January 2022, Judge Aoun transferred one person’s news of what Representative Bilal Abdullah had said about Jumblatt’s $500 million transfer overseas.
In early February 2022, Representative Abdullah, through his lawyer, Nashat Al-Hasaniya, filed a memorandum for inclusion in the news about shortening and distorting his words, and reserved the right to sue those that they did.
However, Judge Aoun did not complete the dossier because it coincided with the parliamentary elections and for fear of being exploited by one side against the other.
In late November 2022, Judge Aoun asked Abdullah to come to his office to hear him in case he wanted to be a deputy with immunity, but he refused and asked to be informed via the House of Representatives.
