Santa Cruz opens registration for the first edition of the “San Salitre” Swimming Crossing | Radio Club Tenerife | Present

The Sports area of ​​the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, led by Alicia Cebrián, opens from today, Monday, November 29, the registration for the first edition of a popular swimming crossing that will take place on January 1, 2022, under the name of “San Salitre”.

This test, organized by the Sports Service of the City Council of the capital and the company Gesport Canarias SLU with the collaboration of the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, will be held starting at the Los Llanos-Muelle de Rivera Dock, with two distances: 1,000 and 2,000 meters.

This event will have a maximum participation of 300 registered, 150 in each of the distances, and in which they can participate from the age of 14, without the obligation to be federated.

Registration opens today, Monday, November 29 at 8:00 p.m. until December 28 at 8:00 p.m. It will be done online through the registration platform available at www.gesportcanarias.com by filling in all the fields of the form and making the payment of 15 euros per registration by means of payment by POS. Each participant may register in one of the two proposed distances: 2,000 or 1,000 meters.

There will be trophies for the first three in each of the distances, both in the general classification, as in each of the categories and functional diversity.
