The contract is expected to be signed at the end of August, and transit through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline will begin in a month.
In addition, in 2023 Kazakhstan can transport another 3.5 million tons of oil through another Azerbaijani pipeline to the Georgian Black Sea port of Supsa. Thus, the total volume will be more than 100,000 barrels per day, or 8% of CPC flows.
