Elements of the Investigative Police (PDI), with the support of agents from the Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC), detained Marco Antonio ‘N’, lawyer for the husband of the leader of street vendors in the Historic Center, Diana Sánchez Barrios.
This 40-year-old man was detained in a building located on República de Argentina street, Colonia Centro, Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, after the execution of an arrest warrant against him by the probable participation in the crimes of procedural fraud and criminal association.
Research indicates that Marco Antonio ‘N’ appears as representative of the husband of Diana Sánchez Barrios, in different lawsuits settled in the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City; even, could be related to investigation folders initiated for fraud crimes, homicide, dispossession and falsification of documents.
What’s more, has two admissions to prisons: the first, to the Preventivo Varonil Sur, in the year 2000; the second, to the North Men’s Criminal Sanctions Execution Center, in 2008, both for the probable commission of the crime of qualified robbery, and could be related to other investigation files initiated for the crimes of fraud, homicide, dispossession and falsification of documents.
After his arrest, Marco Antonio ‘N’ He was transferred to the Oriente prison where he was at the disposal of the judge control that required it.
According to the authorities, the insured property is related to various civil lawsuits and it would be linked to those initiated by the probable commission of the crimes of dispossession, procedural fraud and criminal association.
