Monterrey.- Son of Samuel Orlando Garcia Mascorro, a farmer from Guardados de Abajo, Tamaulipas, who milked cows and drank raw milk, fresh from the udders; but that at the age of 14 he left his land to train as a bachelor, lawyer and prosecutor, while working to pay for his studies, Samuel Alejandro Garcia Sepúlveda He has been able to take advantage of the reflections provided by his meteoric political career to make the business of the family’s legal and tax firm prosper.
The now senator, Samuel García, has been under public derision on several occasions, either for his “symbolic closure” of a Pemex refinery in Cadereyta, his travels and political comments, until his most recent scandal after a live broadcast by him and his wife, the ‘youtuber’, went viral Mariana Rodriguez, in which the official complains that “he showed a lot of leg.”
Ambitious and persistent in setting and achieving his goals in business and politics, under the guidance and encouragement of his father, Samuel Orlando García Mascorro and the support of his mother Silvia Sepúlveda Andrade, since he was a child, Samuel Alexander He showed inclinations for public life, since he had his own children’s newscast on channel 28 of the state government, and as a High School and Bachelor student at Tec de Monterrey, he participated as a speaker as soon as the event allowed him.
When he was the host of his newscast, the boy Samuel Alejandro, born in Monterrey on December 28, 1987, conducted interviews and closed the program with a reading on religious topics, taken from his mother’s books. But doña Silvia always defended him and spurred her husband Samuel Orlando to work harder, in order to fulfill the dreams of her son, because she maintains, you have to set high goals and live as if you were going to die tomorrow, but study as if you were to live forever.
Daughter of Don Héctor Leopoldo Sepúlveda, owner of several parts stores for electrical appliances, Silvia studied basic education at the Catholic-inspired Colegio Excelsior.

Silvia Sepúlveda completed her bachelor’s degree at Prepa Tec and at Tecnológico de Monterrey she completed a bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration (now Human Resources), which allowed her to manage the family’s businesses and work at Seguradora Serfin.
But she became the girlfriend of Samuel Orlando García Sepúlveda, a lawyer, originally from Guardados de Abajo, Tamaulipas, who at the age of 14 left the life of the country to study at the Prepa Ocho de la UANL, while working in a stationery store, and From there, he went on to law school at the same university, while working in law firms and courts.

And since the pregnancy for which Samuel, the eldest of his children, was born was high risk, he abandoned his professional career and from then on he dedicated himself full time to the family.
Samuel has been guided by a woman who says not to take a nap because her motto is “to sleep in the pantheon”, since she follows the example of her own mother who was the first to get up and the last to go to bed, and the only time that he saw her lying down with her eyes closed, that’s when she died.

Samuel Orlando, who was born on December 1, dreamed as a child of celebrating his birthday one day, taking office as president of Mexico, and encourages his sons Samuel Alejandro and Roberto, both lawyers, comparing them to the Kennedy clan. That is why the family saw it as normal that, in 2015, at 28 years of age, Samuel Alejandro entered politics, through the group Rescatemos Nuevo León, which made an alliance with Movimiento Ciudadano. Samuel, taking his mother as a campaign coordinator, was one of three MC legislators, who reached the State Congress through proportional representation, with the second best percentage of the bench.
He soon gained spaces in the media and social networks, setting positions on any subject and presenting lawsuits left and right against all kinds of corrupt politicians and officials, even from other states such as Javier Duarte. This strategy and a lot of investment in advertising, according to the INE, helped him win his Senate seat in 2018, against the traditional parties and the surprising Morena that swept the entire country.
Samuel and his father understood that politics had been a profitable decision, the day that, in 2016, the son, being a local deputy, sent a newsletter to the media announcing that the family’s legal and fiscal office had won the first protection against the entry into force of the electronic audit, because with the publication of the news, hundreds or thousands of business clients requested their services.
Don Samuel Orlando no longer cares about the lack of his eldest son in the office for dedicating himself to politics, and encourages him: “stay there, keep making noise and publicity at the office”, while he continues to go to the office on Monday to Saturday, from eight in the morning to nine at night.
