LENGKONG, AYOBANDUNG.COM — Samsung will release an update for the series Galaxy S21.
The update allows users to protect data them when sent for repair.
The new ‘Repair Mode’ will save sensitive information on the phone but will lock it.
So with this new feature, sensitive information cannot be accessed by technicians.
Repair Mode Samsung will allow users to selectively block data when sending the phone in for repair.

This will allow technician access to the phone but at the same time give the user peace of mind.
This mode is not only useful for repair sent to Samsung.
This feature can also be used when the device is serviced by a third-party repair shop.
