Samsung Introduces Scrolling and Double-Bent Display (Animated)

Few people doubt that there is a future in flexible displays. Although the global pandemic has slowed down the rapid rise of folding and flexible phones, this does not mean that their development will stop. Korean giant Samsung is the leader in this area and according to what it presented at the Display Week event this week, it will not just give up this title.

Samsung has been planning a double-bent phone for a long time

Samsung currently offers two types of flexible displays, the larger of the smartphone Galaxy Z Fold 2, and a smaller one, which he put on the phone for a change Galaxy Z Flip. Among the newly introduced forms of the flexible display, there is a 7.2 ″ panel that can be bent in two places (which is already speculated), a display that can be pulled to a larger size (as shown, for example, by prototype TCL) or a giant 17 ″ display that, when folded, resembles a tablet with an aspect ratio of 4: 3 and, when unfolded, is intended to function as a monitor for a change.
