South Korean technology company, Samsung Electronics calls a screen problem that occurs at Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra not so massive.
According to Samsung Mobile Product Marketing Manager, Taufiq Furqan screen problems occur due to software or operating system updates.

In the case of the S20 Ultra, greenish screen colors are reported to appear when the screen refresh rate on the S20 Ultra with the Exynos processor is set to 120Hz and the brightness is below 30 percent.
This greenish color appears when users open various applications, such as Samsung Pay, camera applications, Snapchat, PUBG Mobile, and many more.
The problem is also said to occur when the cellphone battery is below 5 percent and the temperature exceeds 40 degrees Celsius. At that point, the display refresh rate automatically returns to 60Hz.
This problem had previously appeared to Galaxy S20 Ultra users shortly after the phone was released. At that time, Samsung solved the problem with an update firmware.
However, it turns out a similar problem also befell users of other models of Samsung. Noted, users of the Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S9 series, Galaxy S10 Lite, and Galaxy Note 10 Lite experience a greenish screen.
Some time later, Samsung is often plagued by various customer complaints related to South Korean manufacturer of smart phones. However, Samsung has tried to fix that problem immediately.
A few months ago, there were reports that Samsung phones in China did not turn on. Some other Samsung phones have problems with constant restart and black screen. Smartphones are vulnerable to attack and can be in any form.
