Samsung has announced the Galaxy A41 in Japan. The device is the successor to the Galaxy A40 and has, among other things, an OLED screen with a diagonal of 6.1 “. It is not yet known whether the device will be released in the Netherlands and how high the price tag will be.
The phone has among other things, a larger screen than its predecessor. The Galaxy A41 gets an OLED screen of 6.1 “with a full HD + resolution. The device has a teardrop-shaped notch on the front with a selfie camera with a resolution of 25 megapixels. On the back are three cameras. The regular camera is a 48 megapixel, and there’s an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The device runs Android 10 and has Samsung’s own One UI 2.0 as its skin. The battery has a capacity of 3500mAh and supports fast charging with 15W. Under the hood is a Helio P65 octacore CPU from Mediatek, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
The phone has an IP68 rating and comes in black, blue and white. In addition to a USB-C port, the device also has a 3.5mm connection. The Galaxy A41 was only announced in Japan. It is not yet known whether the phone will also come to Europe and what it will cost there.
