The Aic and the professional footballers currently registered for SS Sambenedettese Srl, in reiterating everything already reported in the previous press releases, report the following.
The president, during a meeting with the players last week, he personally assured them that he would settle the arrears of salaries no later than Friday 2 April.
No player to date, despite the formal formal notice, has received the payment of the monthly salaries of November – December 2020 and January – February 2021 and it is therefore evident that the company is in a situation of very serious insolvency.
Until now, the entire squad of the First Team has continued to train and play with commitment and a spirit of sacrifice, out of respect for the city and for the fans, but the difficulties now highlighted they are also jeopardizing the family serenity of many players and make it impossible to carry out the work activity in a dignified and appropriate way to the category.
For these reasons the Aic and the professional footballers registered with the company SS Sambenedettese Srl, declare the state of agitation and announce, as of now, the strike for Saturday 3 April 2021, hoping that the Company, having given the strike notice, fulfills the payment of the amounts contractually due for all the monthly payments accrued to date, as reassured, by Friday, in order to avoid the exercise of the right to strike.
