Supermarket chain Jumbo is removing the Mix Indian Garam Masala of its own brand from the shelves. According to the group, it may be contaminated with salmonella. Especially in pregnant women, young children, the elderly and people with a weakened immune system, salmonella can be harmful to health.
It concerns Jumbo Mix Indian Garam Masala 60 grams with 11/2022 and 02/2023 as the best before date. The dates are on the bottom of the packaging. The corresponding EAN code is 8718452207008.
Anyone who has bought the spice mix can return it to the store and receive the purchase amount back.
