In order to complete the sales administration team of our client, a company positioned in the field of renewable energies, we are looking for a commercial assistant(s) .
You will be responsible for commercial management only in B to B, from order taking to customer invoicing.
· Enter orders
Communication to customers of the technical and commercial information necessary for the smooth running of the order: contacting for details, sending confirmations
· Follow-up of orders and respect of deadlines
Management and follow-up of deliveries and carrier/customer disputes
· Prepare invoices
Daily reporting of your activity to your hierarchy
You will be required from time to time to develop the existing portfolio and to prospect new customers by means of communication actions (trade show, newsletters, phoning)
Ideally from a training in the commercial field (BTS or license), the commercial assistant justifies a first siginificative experience on a similar position.
You are autonomous, organized and rigorous.
Endowed with a developed commercial sense, you master Sage software and the office suite.
