(Teleborsa) – Saipema services and solutions company for the energy and infrastructure sector, announced that they were two lists of candidates filed because of the regeneration Board of Directors on the agenda of the Ordinary Assembly convened for 14 May 2024 (single convocation).
Original list of candidates, jointly presented by the Shareholders Birds e CDP Equalitywhose total interest is equal to 44.01% of the ordinary share capital, consisting of: Elisabetta Serafin; Alessandro Puliti; Francesca Mariotti; Mariano Mossa; Francesca Scaglia; Paolo Sias.
In joint presentation List no. 1, Eni and CDP Equity Shareholders have announced that the applicant Alessandro Puliti who has the special professional skills to be appointed as CEO of the Company. In addition, they suggested naming Elisabetta Serafin Chairman of the Board of Directors.
A second list of candidates for the Board of Directors, presented by a group of shareholders who have confirmed that their total participation is equal to1.26520% of the ordinary share capital, consisting of: Paul Simon Schapira; Roberto Diacetti; Patrizia Michela Giangualano.
