Safety regions and municipalities have agreed that the catering entrepreneurs and customers are primarily responsible for enforcing the rules. Should cafés systematically violate the rules, the municipalities will intervene. “We see that many entrepreneurs adhere to the measures and appeal to customers if necessary, but compliance with the one and a half meter distance in the catering industry is a challenge, especially later in the evening.”
