On October 16, 10 cases of house robbery were reported in Metepec, the losses reach 400 thousand pesos, according to the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico. In most cases the criminals waited for the families to leave to enter; however, in one store there was violence and the use of a firearm.

- Fraccionamiento Santa María Regla: around 8:20 p.m. the owner of the house returned home to realize that 60 thousand pesos had been stolen from the master bedroom.
- Colonia Agrícola Lázaro Cárdenas: at 1:00 p.m. the property does not have doors, electrical wiring, bathroom furniture, or electrical appliances, the sum is close to 400 thousand pesos.
- Colonia La Providencia: at 10:00 p.m. they found the address disorganized and when they checked they realized that money and jewelry were missing for an approximate amount of 100,000 pesos.
- Colonia la Providencia: at 20:00 the owners checked the house and confirmed the lack of a computer, Xbox, Nintendo, watches and jewelry, the amount of the theft is unknown.

- Barrio de Santa Cruz: subjects with a firearm entered a business located on Calle Morelos and stripped employees and diners of their phones, as well as cash.
- Colonia la Providencia: at 9:30 p.m. the house was found to have traces of searches, they stole fifty thousand pesos in cash and one hundred and fifty thousand in jewelry.
