The Match Group company owns many dating apps, and in addition to Tinder, it also owns e.g. Hinge and PlentyOfFish.
Jeff Perkins, director of Friends Fiduciary, one of the main shareholders of Match Group, pointed out that companies whose success depends on the reputation and trust of customers have an additional reason to leave Russia. –

Perkins was quoted by Reuters as saying.
