Presently RF did not abandon plans to seize Ukraine, but was forced to change the offensive plan and now the occupying troops are preparing for the next attack.
The threat of an offensive, despite the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Kiev, Chernihiv and Sumy regions, remains throughout Ukraine, said Anna Malyar, Deputy Minister of Defense, Speaker of the Ministry of Defense.
She noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were deprived of combat capability by Russian units that left the Kiev and Chernihiv regions.
“They had a certain strategy before the start of the war, but since it did not work, now they are forced to change their tactics in a very short time,” she said.
According to her, the Russian military is now increasing the amount of equipment along the border, strengthening reconnaissance and identifying new directions of attack, analyzing the course of the war.
In addition, Malyar noted that such a defense was not expected from Ukraine – according to the deputy minister, it was more intellectual than forceful.
Remember, expert suggeststhat the generals could convince Putin about the battle for the Donbass. According to the expert, all this indicates Moscow’s desire to achieve a ceasefire.
