Russian fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov promises his next opponent, Justin Gaethje, to take him to the “deepest ocean and drown him”

Both fighters will meet next October 24, for the unification of the UFC lightweight belt.

With a serious warning, he greeted Russian fighter Khabib Nurmagomédov to his next opponent, American Justin Gaethje, with a view to the fight they will hold in October for the unification of the UFC lightweight belt.

“Justin is a very nice guy and a good opponent for me, but when the octagon closes he has to be ready not only for the boxing match […]. I will take it to the deepest ocean and drown itNurmagomédov wrote in an Instagram post by Joe Rogan, a UFC commentator.

Rogan shared a video of the American, known as ‘The Highlight’, on Monday in a training session with his coach, Trevor Whitman.

Undefeated lightweight champion Nurmagomédov will put his title on the line on October 24. The fight between the two was scheduled for September 19, but was postponed after the father’s death of the Russian fighter because of the coronavirus.
