Tonight, the Russian Federation launched another air strike with Iranian “Shahed” drones on Ukraine. Information about the consequences of this terrorist attack is being specified.
Over the past day, the invaders launched a missile attack on the territory of Ukraine, using 17 cruise and 2 ballistic missiles. As a result of combat work, 9 cruise missiles were destroyed by the forces and means of air defense of the Air Force.
Also, the invaders launched 39 air strikes, made 49 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and settlements. There are victims among the civilian population, residential buildings, religious buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed.
The likelihood of missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.
The situation at the front
On Volyn and Polesye directions operational environment without significant changes. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Certain units of the Belarusian Armed Forces perform tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.

On Kupyansk direction fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine steadily hold the defense. The enemy launched an air strike in the Kucherovka region of the Kharkov region. Artillery and mortar attacks were fired on Figolovka, Berestovo, Novomlynsk, Dvuhletnaya and Kislovka in the Kharkov region.
On Limansky direction the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Torsky, Donetsk region. Inflicted an air strike in the area of the Serebryansky forest of the Donetsk region. Artillery attacks were made on the settlements of Nevskoye, Belogorovka, Luhansk region and Torskoye, Verkhnekamennoye, Disputed, Razdolevka, Donetsk region.
On Bakhmut direction, under heavy enemy artillery fire, our defenders successfully repelled attacks in the areas of Bogdanovka, Kleshchievka and northeast of Orekhovo-Vasilovka, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements, including Belaya Gora, Bogdanovka, Ivanovskoye, Druzhba and New York of the Donetsk region, suffered from enemy artillery shelling.
On Avdeevsky direction, under heavy enemy air and artillery fire, our defenders successfully repelled the attacks of Russian troops in the areas of Avdiivka and Nevelskoye. At the same time, the enemy shelled more than 10 settlements, including Avdiivka, Karlovka, Severnoye and Nevelskoye in the Donetsk region.
On Maryinsky direction Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the Krasnogorovka and Maryinka regions. The enemy shelled more than 15 settlements, including Krasnogorovka, Alexandropol, Yekaterinovka, Maryinka, Pobeda, Donetsk region.
On Mining direction the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Novomikhailovka area and launched air strikes near Blagodatnoye and Makarovka in the Donetsk region. He carried out shelling of more than 15 settlements, in particular, these are Zolotaya Niva, Prechistovka, Vodiane, Vuhledar, Blagodatnoe, Donetsk region.
On Zaporozhye and Kherson directions the enemy is concentrating his main efforts on preventing the further advance of our troops. He made unsuccessful attempts to restore the lost position in the Priyutnoye area of the Zaporozhye region. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of Malaya Tokmachka, Orekhov, Novodanilovka, Zaporozhye region and Antonovka, Kherson region. More than 30 settlements were subjected to artillery shelling, among them Novodarievka, Gulyaipole, Gulyaipolskoye, Novoandreevka, Stepnoe of the Zaporozhye region; Ilyinka, Kamenskoye, Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region; Antonovka, Gavrilovka, Novoberislav, Republican, Kizomis, Kherson region, city of Kherson; as well as Yaselka and Ochakov of the Nikolaev region.
Offensive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation. in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directionsare fixed on the achieved lines, inflict fiery defeat with artillery on the identified enemy targets, and carry out measures of counter-battery combat.
