In general, the Russian government is becoming not even more vicious, but caricatured villainous. That is, its representatives are more and more like not real bad politicians, but some evil characters from simple films or even cartoons about the binary confrontation between good and evil.
Judge for yourself. A couple of days ago, the State Duma officially adopted a law that allows taking bribes for reasons beyond the control of an official… What is this – I cannot understand. I think Putin wants to enlist the support of the state apparatus. On the same day, the same State Duma adopted a law on the actual prohibition of educational activities in the Russian Federation. That is, they allowed to take bribes and banned science, study and knowledge! This does not look like a real country, but some kind of satirical one.
I immediately remembered the work It’s hard to be god brothers Strugatsky. Is very similar! The description of the scene of the plot in Wikipedia simply amazed me: “The Arkanar kingdom is going through a period of countercultural reaction – there is a persecution of“ literate ”in the country under the motto“ Literate are not needed, faithful are needed ”. Arkanar is actually led by the first minister, Don Raba, a power-hungry, vindictive, treacherous and poorly educated petty official who quickly rose from the bottom of the corpses. Since yesterday, he will combine the posts of the secretary of the Security Council and adviser on science and education. As a scientific adviser you know all the literate people, but as the head of the Security Council – catching them and sending them to prison is very convenient!
But that is not all. The next day, on the orders of Vladimir Putin, they were arrested in Moscow 200 independent municipal deputies who gathered at the forum. In the Russian Constitution, they are called representatives of the people, but this has long ceased to bother Putin. He is afraid that these people will not go to the elections to the State Duma. Therefore, each of them must be given a criminal record before September. This is the only way to prevent them from participating in the elections. The fact that this is illegal, again, no one cares. Even under Stalin, 200 deputies were not arrested at the same time, but okay.
But on the same day, Putin met with representatives of the terrorist organization Hezbollahwho came to Moscow from Lebanon. The Russian president has no complaints about these people. Assassins and thugs are normal for him. Earlier, people from the Taliban flew in, Russia even paid them money for the murder of American soldiers in Afghanistan. In fact, Putin made Russia a country sponsoring terrorism, and not in a figurative or allegorical sense, but in the most direct sense. He supports Hezbollah and also gives money to the Taliban. Even in the James Bond films, the villains somehow hide their connections with outright terrorists. The Kremlin is not ashamed of them at all! It’s just amazing!
When I saw all this, I joked that at such a pace tomorrow Putin will offer to kill little kittens and cute puppies, and feed them to poisonous snakes. And what do you think? The very next day, Putin’s party United Russia proposed to the State Duma to pass a law allowing the killing of kittens and puppies in animal shelters, as well as adult cats and dogs! At this point, my eyes were on my forehead.
In just one week, Vladimir Putin allowed taking bribes, banned education and enlightenment, arrested the people’s representatives, received a delegation of Islamic terrorists in the Kremlin, and also ordered to kill the unfortunate cats and dogs that the owners threw out into the street. This is truly incredible. The only question is how long such an evil and inhumane government will last. There is an assumption that it will not be very long, since it is already starting to face serious economic difficulties.
This week, Vladimir Putin gathered dozens of Russian businessmen for a meeting.… He said a lot of things there, spoke for a long time, but the essence is something like this: the economy of the Russian Federation, in his own words, is going to hell, since business does not believe in the future of the country and does not invest anything in the development of its enterprises. After paying salaries and taxes, all the money earned is exported abroad by hook or by crook. Nothing remains in the Russian Federation. Due to the complete lack of investment, the economy does not grow, but shrinks, equipment wears out, and the people go into poverty. Accordingly, he begins to love Putin less, and before the elections, this is a real sabotage against his beloved president by business.
To stop this, Putin ordered the introduction of strict monitoring of the profits of enterprises. And if someone does not invest in the development of his business, but tries to withdraw money abroad, he will get it in the dust! Putin did not say so directly, but made it clear that it would be so. What it is? This is Soviet state regulation. The real State Planning Committee, which orders enterprises on what to spend their profits and their money on.
Naturally, this will not work. Any economist will tell you that investment only makes sense when demand rises. Or at least it is expected to grow. And in Russia, the population is impoverished at an accelerated rate for the seventh year in a row. Ahead are new sanctions and massive repressions. There will be no growth in demand, even theoretically! Then someone will object: “Maybe the demand abroad will grow! For the sake of export, you can invest! “.
Yes, agricultural producers did just that. Overseas demand had indeed grown and they were already preparing to make good profits. But the same Putin introduced export duties on food so that prices would not rise inside Russia. Export has become unprofitable. As a result, agricultural producers received losses instead of profits from their investments. One of them complained to Putin about this at the same meeting. Putin sent it in three letters, making it clear that the price of food is more important than the well-being of some businessmen.
In short, the Kremlin has built a system in which it is unprofitable to invest in the Russian Federation, you will only get losses. The economy is falling. The measures to save her, proposed by Putin, will only hasten her death, since for him politics is much more important than economics. Accordingly, less and less food will be produced in Russia, and prices for it will continue to rise. At the same time, business will speed up the withdrawal of capital from Russia, as it sees that Putin, in order to preserve his power, is ready to squeeze all the juices out of him – to the last drop. Putin himself openly and honestly informed the businessmen about this at the same meeting. In general, everything in Russia flocks to one point.
If the president prohibits education and science, if he hangs out with terrorists, legalizes corruption, jails the opposition, gives Mikhalkov money for movies, if he fights neighbors with Silicon Valley and Twitter, if he introduces state regulation of business and allows the killing of homeless kittens and puppies, then the end of such a reign is bound to be very sad.
