Russia’s foreign ministry has ordered US embassy officials who have been in Moscow for more than three years to leave Russia by January 31, Russia’s Novosti news agency reported today, citing Reuters.
The move came after Russia’s ambassador to the United States said last week that 27 Russian diplomats and their families had been expelled from the United States and would leave on January 30.
There is still no comment from the US Embassy in Moscow.
