Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Mariupol remain surrounded by Russian troops and continue to be subjected to heavy artillery shelling, the Defense Ministry added.
If NATO does not want to close the sky over Ukraine, let it give combat aircraft – Ukraine will close it itself.
