A fine example of Charles “recycling” clothes is the three-piece suit (or morning suit, which, by the way, should not be worn after sunset – at a dinner for instance) that he wore at the wedding of his son Prince Harry.
Charles didn’t have to let the tailor come: the Anderson & Sheppard outfit has been hanging in his closet since … 1984. “I then considered wearing something new. (…) But as long as it fits, I’ll wear it. conscious jacket a few times a year. ” The prince delicately notices that fitting old clothes becomes more difficult. “The older you get, the more you tend to change shape.”
