The fear is good for the local residents on Monday morning. The owner of the Turkish tea house Barbaros says that his customers were watching football when he heard four shots in front of his business. “Taktaktaktak,” it sounded. “Everyone ran to the window and I immediately locked the door.”

The death of Shantienne, who is known to have a son, is also mourned on social media. “They are snatching my boys from my side one by one,” a well-known reporter said. “That boy wouldn’t hurt a fly,” said another.
The police have now formed a large investigation team to hunt for the perpetrator(s). No arrests have been made yet.
