UNITED STATES.- Rose McGowan has accused the filmmaker Alexander Payne, winner of two Oscars for “Between Glasses” and “The Descendants”, of sexual abuse.
The actress stated on social media that the Omaha-born director had sexual misconduct with her when she was only 15 years old.

“You left me on a street corner” has denounced the actress through her Twitter account to which she has added other posts.
The “Bewitched” actress also posted “Alexander Payne. You made me sit down and put me in a soft-porn movie that you directed for Showtime under a pseudonym. I still remember your apartment in Silverlake. You’re very well endowed,” the actress wrote. and added, “Later, the filmmaker abandoned her ‘on a street corner’ when she was only 15 years old.”
In another tweet next to his 15-year-old picture he wrote, “I just want an acknowledgment and an apology. I don’t want to destroy you.”
McGowan is one of the most prominent figures of the Me Too movement and it was his testimony one of many that led to Harvey Weinstein being convicted of rape and sexual assault in court.
