In addition, he noted that the “Angara” (unlike the “Proton”) will be created in a manned version, which increases its cost due to additional requirements for reliability.
Roscosmos also recalled the imminent resumption of flight design tests of the rocket and noted that the state-owned corporation and its enterprises “have begun the implementation phase of a new generation of launch vehicles of all classes – from light to super-heavy – and will ensure their competitive tactical, technical and price characteristics” .
