Romina Pierdomenico, the beautiful girlfriend of Ezio Greggio, spoke for the first time about the difficulties related to disease he has been suffering from for four years. An illness that came suddenly, changing her habits and also leading her to make sacrifices on the working front.
The model and showgirl, whom we saw at the helm of the latest edition of Do you know the Ultimate?, he revealed to the magazine Ok Health to suffer from guttate psoriasis, a variant of the “classic” and widespread psoriasis (chronic) and much more aggressive. Due to this illness, Romina suddenly found herself on body covered with small spots, as if a giant, painful rash had exploded on her.
A real drama which deeply destabilized and discouraged her and which put her in difficulty even at work: “I found myself jobless and the long healing times prevented me from scheduling any interview. I didn’t see a way out and I abandoned myself to despair ”, she told Ok Health.
Romina Pierdomenico she immediately turned to the doctors, unfortunately obtaining some wrong diagnoses who have done nothing but prolong his agony. Until in another hospital, finally, some specialists came to the correct diagnosis and the showgirl was able to start follow a therapy targeted.
Actually guttate psoriasis hides much more simple itchy patches on the skin. As she herself stated, the doctors explained to her that the disease is linked to a predisposition, but also to one wrong lifestyle and excessive stress.
For this reason, in addition to following the actual drug therapy, Romina he had to change his life abandoning excessive workouts, doing everything more slowly and avoiding getting too excited. His body and mind needed to recover and regenerate and, with patience, she eventually managed to keep the disease at bay.
The companion of Ezio Greggio, with whom he has lived in Montecarlo for years, he also told some other details. He learned to cook healthy dishes and with fresh ingredients plus he discovered the power of yoga, on the advice of her dermatologist: “I learned to breathe and to keep away everything that could, and still can now, cause me stress: environments, habits, thoughts. Thanks to the yoga positions and the meditation I managed to reach that balance necessary to permanently recover from psoriasis ”.
