In three hundred they set fire to the historic center of Rome (Video) at the anti-curfew procession. From Piazza del Popolo to Piazzale Flaminio and Lungotevere delle Navi with smoke bombs and firecrackers. Two officers from the Mobile Department were injured in the clashes. Both suffered minor bruises, one was taken to hospital in an uneventful condition. They were at least 10 protesters stopped and taken to the police station for identification. They would be all Italians and belonging to Ultras groups. As announced by the protesters, emulate those who unleashed last night the urban guerrilla in Naples, the protest against the curfew imposed in an attempt to ward off the coronavirus epidemic took its worst turn between Saturday and Sunday. The agents of the Mobile Department charged in Piazza del Popolo. The procession then continued to move towards the Lungotevere towards Palazzo Marina. Machines and bins destroyed. The anti-curfew procession, announced with a rumble on social media already on Saturday, dissolved late at night on Sunday and the situation returned to normal.
