The rocket explosion caused damage to three administrative buildings and seven residential buildings, one of which is an apartment building.
As the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klimenko, said, several rescuers of the State Emergency Service were buried in the explosion, and they were later freed from the debris. Three of them are in a serious condition, six others suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity.
