Les Produits Gilbert, an industrial company located in Roberval in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, confirmed Monday morning the implementation of infrastructure improvement projects totaling more than $ 3 million.
These should improve the workspaces of the 128 employees, increase production capacity and reduce the environmental footprint of the company.
With the investments announced, the company will be able to acquire new equipment such as robots, dust collectors and evaporators and around ten jobs will be created.
Les Produits Gilbert manufactures, in particular, felling heads and planers for the forestry industry as well as groomers for snowmobile trails.
