Robert Schraudner re-elected as district chairman

At the district day of the football district of Upper Bavaria on May 16, Robert Schraudner, who has been a referee in our department for many years, returned to continue his successful work in the district over the past 6 years. He was unanimously re-elected and thus received a great vote of confidence. Despite the pandemic in the last legislative period, Schraudner was able to report very successful numbers in the district. Contrary to the general trend, the number of referees even increased slightly here.

As the full-time managing director of TSV Waldtrudering (2,700 members), Robert is not only a grassroots man, but also an experienced manager, which he was able to prove before as a manager at a large bank. It is precisely these leadership qualities that are now in demand. Because Schraudner officially informed the delegates that he will be running for the office of President of the Bavarian Football Association at the Association Day on June 25, 2022. This is an office in which not only profound expertise in all areas of Bavarian football is urgently needed, but also the leadership qualities are required to reconcile the various interests of clubs, districts and districts.

We hope that the delegates sent by the district assembly to Bad Gögging for the association assembly will provide a good basis for a successful candidacy.

One of the first to wish well after the successful re-election as district chairman was our department manager Gert Mauersberger, pictured here with Robert Schraudner.
