Riyadh Fashion Week Launches Augmented Reality Experience with Snapchat

Fashion Authority CEO Burak Çakmak said: “As we prepare to welcome global fashion stakeholders to Riyadh, we would like to showcase the tremendous talent and experience in Saudi Arabia, and create experiences to build anticipation for Riyadh Fashion Week.” He added, “This is an inaugural moment in the Saudi fashion industry, and a starting point in our emerging local fashion industry.”

He pointed out that the Fashion Authority is keen to share enthusiasm and passion in the field through these experiences in which the Ministry of Culture cooperates with Snapchat, by integrating the fashion sector with technology to reach the largest possible segment around the world, to introduce them to the Saudi fashion industry, which is experiencing rapid growth.
