Hotel employee in Lombok, Risman, expressed his feelings after the KTM . racer Miguel Oliveira dedicating his victory in MotoGP Mandalika for himself.
This was revealed by Risman when contacted by Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno where the results of the conversation were uploaded to Sandiaga Uno’s Instagram account, on Monday (21/3).
“Alhamdulillah, my father is very proud, especially I am proud because I as a Novotel staff was educated to serve wholeheartedly. I and Miguel also feel like there is something like that and indeed I am more intense [komunikasi] with Miguel,” said Risman, quoted from Sandiaga Uno’s Instagram account.
Miguel Oliveira won the 2022 Indonesian MotoGP at the Mandalika Circuit, Sunday (20/3).
After the race, Oliveira mentioned the name of one of the hotel staff who helped her a lot in providing her daily needs, Risman.
Before the Mandalika MotoGP race, Risman even uploaded a photo together with Oliveira on Instagram while writing, “Candidate champion 2022????”
“I saw that he was very confident. Especially when I said I hope you get Miguel’s podium. He replied ‘yes Risman and I promise if I get a podium I will dedicate it to you Risman’, he said that. Wow. It was like a dream, “said Risman.
Sandiaga Uno also admitted that he was proud that Risman could take part in raising the name of Indonesia through tourism during the Mandalika MotoGP.
“I am very proud that Risman has raised the name of Indonesia,” said Sandiaga Uno, quoted from his Instagram.
“And I want to give the highest appreciation because the hospitality and the distinctive characteristics of Lombok’s Indonesian service have made achievements at the world level, so Miguel Oliveira said he would dedicate his victory to Mas Risman,” Sandiaga added.
