On May 18, 2019, Europe’s largest crossover band, RISE OF THE NORTHSTAR returned to the stage after a two-year hiatus and released their new album “The Legacy Of Shi” to the world. The band took the opportunity to film and record some of the songs from this unforgettable, completely sold-out show.
Today they announce their first live EP, which also includes the bonus studio track “Sayonara”, which was recorded in 2017 with Joe Duplantier at Silver Cord Studio (NYC).
This mammoth song with a Japanese refrain was previously not available digitally and was only included on the Japanese version of “The Legacy Of Shi” and the vinyl. In these particularly difficult times for the music industry, RISE OF THE NORTHSTAR give their own answer to the problem with the lack of live performances: “If you cannot come to our show, we will bring the show to you”.
