Brigadier Ricky Rizal Wibowo was charged with the premeditated murder of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat along with Ferdy Sambo et al. After the prosecutor read the indictment, Ricky admitted that he did not understand the prosecutor’s indictment.
“Please your Majesty’s permission, for the allegations that have been presented above I don’t understand one bit. Your Majesty’s permission, please allow me to present the points which are the allegations against me,” he said Riky after hearing the indictment in the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (10/17/2022).
President Wahyu Iman Santosa then ordered the prosecutor to read the main points of the indictment. The prosecutor then explained what was the essence of the accusation.

“Please, the prosecutor, the defendant has not yet understood, communicate the main points,” said President Wahyu.
Ricky Rizal accused of premeditated murder
Brigadier Ricky Rizal Wibowo Together, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati committed the premeditated murder of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat. Bripka Ricky is called by the prosecutor to support and learn about Ferdy Sambo’s plan to take Joshua’s life.
“Those who did it, who ordered them to do it and participated in the fulfillment of the deed, intentionally and with a plan in advance took the lives of others,” said the prosecutor reading the indictment in the trial at South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Monday (17/17/2020) 10).
In this case, Ricky Rizal was accused of having violated article 340 of the penal code, a subsidiary of article 338 of the penal code in conjunction with article 55 paragraph 1 of the 1st penal code.
