Richard Moll, ‘Court of Guard’ Star, Dies at 80

Hollywood mourns the loss of a performer who was very present in one of the most remembered series of the 80s and 90s in the United States. Richard Moll has died at the age of 80 “peacefully” at his home in Big Bear Lake (California)as stated by his representative to the Hollywood Reporter, the reason for his death being unknown.

In addition to his deep voice and his height of more than 2 meters, Moll has been and will always be remembered for playing Aristotle Nostradamus Shannon, aka ‘Bull’, the mythical vigilante of ‘Court of Guard’the NBC series broadcast between 1984 and 1992.

‘Court on Duty’ was not the only fiction project he was part of. The actor, very characteristic of B-series horror and science fiction films, played an abominable snowman in ‘Caveman’ (1981), a film starring the Beatle. Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach, and played a terrifying, decaying Vietnam veteran in the horror film ‘House’ (1986).
