Restless night out on Texel: fight, arrest and high spirits | Inland

It was not a quiet evening drinking on the Dorpsstraat. Just after midnight, it was announced that a man with a bleeding head had been found. He is said to have been involved in a fight and was hit on the head with a piece of glass. He has been transferred to the hospital.

The suspected suspect was arrested not long after. He was taken away handcuffed. The night had not yet come to an end for the officers present. Emotions continued to run high in the entertainment area. For that reason, the police were visibly present for a long time. As far as we know, no more arrests have been made.

It is not clear what led to the fight.
