The donor reception officer welcomes donors and carries out the electronic entry of the donor’s administrative data into the LMT.
It provides the various documents necessary for the pre-donation interview and to inform the donors. He makes “donor” appointments. Contributes to donor loyalty.
The main missions are:

· Welcome donors, make various information documents available and manage waiting and flows
Perform computerized entry of donors into the LMT
Participate in information, donation promotion and donor loyalty
Ensure the material management of your workstation (stocks of supplies and documents necessary for the reception of donors and supply, support for laptop collection, etc.)
Participate in donor monitoring and participate in the management of a SAREI (serious adverse reaction occurring in donors)
Participate in installing and uninstalling mobile collections
The snack :
Providing catering: preparing, setting up and distributing food for the break
Participate in information, donation promotion and donor loyalty
