Our institution
The Mothers Center Bern-West (MüZe) is an intercultural meeting place for mothers and their children of preschool age. The offer is aimed primarily at socio-economically disadvantaged families with a migration background. The women receive short, low-threshold professional advice on issues relating to family and health. The MüZe offers around 15 family-friendly part-time positions for women who want to gain work experience in the areas of childcare, cafeteria / reception and housekeeping in order to improve their chances in the regular labor market. The Mütterzentrum Bern-West association has a service contract with the city and canton of Bern.
The statutes provide that women are generally employed.

- Financial accounting
- Payroll and personnel administration
- general administration (correspondence, record keeping, actuary)
- Member administration
- preparation of reports and statistics
- Management of the time recording system
- IT and infrastructure (including rentals)
- Insurance
- Support from management team and board of directors
requirements
- Commercial training and advanced training in accounting
- very good office user knowledge and IT affinity
- very good oral and written knowledge of German
- Work experience in a small, versatile nonprofit company
- high resilience in dynamic everyday work
