Oumar Faye, through a video, accused the State of Senegal of supplying plastic rice in these times of the Covid-19 pandemic, thus requesting the resignation of Mansour Faye. The latter believes that there is a clear desire to “damage his honor” and his “reputation” as minister responsible for the acquisition.
