Zell am Main (dpa / lby) – The accident involving a heavy transport truck led to a rescue operation with several special cranes near Würzburg. During the transport early Thursday morning, part of the 53-ton load slipped downwards, the police announced on Thursday. The entire lane of the state road in Zell am Main (Würzburg district) was blocked. According to the police, the load was a 24 meter long and four meter wide container. The cause of the accident was a collapsed support. The police suspected that the rescue operations and the closure would last until the evening hours. Nobody got hurt.
