Firefighters intervened for the fall in the rocks, from the coastal path, of a 70-year-old woman.
The seriously injured victim was medicalized on the spot by the emergency services and then evacuated by sea, using a boat from the SDIS Pompiers.
The victim was then transported to Saint-Nazaire hospital by road.
