VIVA – Angel Lelga and his YouTube account Angel Lelga Channel were reported by Vicky Prasetyo through his lawyer Razman Arif Nasution and his younger brother, Beby Lestari. Angel Lelga is suspected of having committed defamation and slander through electronic media.
In the report on behalf of Razman, Angel Lelga was reported with article 27 paragraph 3 jo Article 45 paragraph 3 of UU RI no.19 of 2016 on ITE and Article 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code with the threat of 4 years imprisonment.
“It explains that the threat of a sentence of 4 years, 2 years is enough if he enters. Let them be together in later, there are also articles 310 and 311 defamation,” said Razman at Polda Metro Jaya, Sunday, August 23 2020 .

Meanwhile, Beby Lestari also reported with alleged defamation through electronic media Article 27 paragraph 3 jo article 45 paragraph 3 UU RI no.19 of 2016 on ITE and article 311 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 5 years.
Sunan Kalijaga, a lawyer from Vicky Prasetyo, also said that Vicky wanted Angel to feel the same way as he is today, namely being behind the same iron bars.
“The threat is over five years. This is what Vicky wants to meet at the Salemba Prison. Vicky wants the same taste, meaning he is currently feeling iron bars. Because maybe he still loves him, he wants his spell to feel the same way so he wants to share his feelings,” said Sunan.

Sunan said that besides reporting Angel Lelga, Vicky Prasetyo and Beby Lestari also reported all parties involved in the YouTube Angel Lelga Channel account.
“All because we reported the YouTube Angel Lelga Channel account. Whoever is involved there we see what the legal process is. There are 4 episodes in the process of our report,” said Sunan.
