Shareholders overhauled the management of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk or WSKT. There are two new names on the board of commissioners and two new names on the board of directors.
In the ranks of the new Waskita Karya board of commissioners, appointed former Presidential Special Staff for Economic Affairs Ahmad Erani Yustika and Inspector General of the Ministry of PUPR T. Iskandar. Both of them occupied the positions previously held by Danis H. Sumadilaga and Viktor S. Sirait.
Meanwhile, two new names on the board of directors of Waskita Karya are Luki Theta Handayani as Director of Business Development and Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) replacing Ferry Hendriyanto.
Then I Ketut Pasek Senjaya Putra was also appointed as Director of Operations I replacing Didik Oemar Pribadi. I Ketut previously held the position of Director of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Wijaya Karya Beton.
In addition to the appointment of a new board of directors, shareholders unanimously gave approval for 8 agenda items, including the approval of Waskita’s annual report & financial audit report for the 2020 financial year, the appointment of a Public Accountant Office to audit the financial statements of 2021, and amendments to Waskita’s articles of association.
“In addition to several routine agendas at the AGM, Waskita Shareholders also approved Waskita’s plan to obtain funding with a guarantee from the Government,” explained management as quoted by detik.com, Sunday (18/4/2021).
