Released from prison last Saturday, Mr. Kassé, in his thirties, was returned to his cell 24 hours later for theft of a sheep.
A repeat offender, he was serving, reports L’Observateur, a sentence of two (2) months in Louga prison.
Referred to the prosecution, Mr. Kassé was indicted and placed under arrest warrant for theft of cattle.
