Following are the trial terms and conditions:
Stage 2 registration opens on 24 September 2023 for departures on 25-30 September 2023. Order public trial tickets for the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train online via the website. After registering, prospective passengers will receive an e-mail as proof of registration. One registrant can make an order tickets for a maximum of 2 passengers with different NIKs. One NIK can only make an order once during the trial period for the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train. Orderers are required to fill in their personal data and choose a departure schedule and agree to the applicable terms and conditions. Travel is valid for return leaving (PP) and must follow the applicable schedule. On the day of the trip, passengers are required to verify with KCIC officers by showing proof of registration and identity card.
According to KCIC information, during the trial period for the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Train, only 4 operational schedules were available for round trip (PP) trips. Two departures from Halim Station and two departures from Tegalluar Station.
The following is the operational schedule during the trial:
2 Halim – Tegalluar Station Relations (PP): 09.00 WIB and 14.00 WIB 2 Tegalluar – Halim Station Relations (PP): 09.00 WIB and 14.00 WIB.
The journey time for the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train during the trial period from Halim Station to Tegalluar Station took approximately 46 minutes. This trip duration also applies to the reverse trip.
How to Ride the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train
If you have succeeded in getting a trial ticket to ride the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Train, save it and make sure the ticket and proof of registration are clear, to bring with you on the day of departure. The following are the steps to take on the day of departure:
Come to the departure station according to the schedule that applies to the ticket.
– Arrive 1 hour before the train schedule
– Make sure the proof of registration is clearly legible. Before boarding the train, tap-in on the tap machine. Wait for the train to arrive in the departure waiting room. While on the train, pay attention to the rules such as:
– Sit according to the number listed on the ticket
– Eating and drinking are prohibited on the train during the trial period
– Don’t bring excessive luggage. When you want to leave the station, you must tap out at the tap machine.
