In principle, only care providers, informal carers or people with fever or respiratory problems have to wear a professional mask, according to the Red Cross. The research shows that 52 percent of Dutch people think that countries where the coronavirus has been diagnosed must always wear a mouth cap.
The risk of infection is greater with incorrect use of a mouthpiece. For example, you may not repeatedly wear the same mask and you may not touch the outside of the mask. Only 34 percent of the Dutch are aware of this, according to the Red Cross.

Travelers to a country with the corona virus are advised to take these precautions. Keep away from people with flu symptoms and wash your clothes if you have been in contact with someone with flu symptoms. According to the Red Cross, the virus is easily destroyed by conventional washing and cleaning products. And last but not least: avoid contact with farm animals.
