Looking at the main damage, traffic was restricted due to flooding of roads around Hakgon-ro in Songhak-dong, and emergency measures were taken due to the leakage of earth and sand from Ipjeom-ri of Ungpo-myeon to Shinmok-ri of Hamra-myeon.

Access to facilities near the rivers, including 23 at Geumgang and 21 at Mangyeonggang, was completely restricted.
