Slavi Trifonov has finally moved into his new mansion in the “Boyana” district of Tuzara, and his house, which is reached by a private road guarded by security guards, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Cinema Center.
The five-story building was built according to an individual project, and Dalgia’s neighbors are all rich people from the native political and economic elite. According to rough estimates, the property is worth about BGN 7 million.
Among its extras are an outdoor swimming pool with an automatic roller cover, a barbecue area, a private gym, a spa department with a sauna and a steam bath, a Japanese garden and a winery. The house also has an elevator, and its furniture is mainly from Italy and France. Trifonov waited more than a year for the ordered furniture, writes “Weekend”.
A curious detail is that the five-story house was entered by Slavi Trifonov in his last property declaration, completed by him in his capacity as a political leader. According to data from the Property Register, Trifonov acquired the property back in 2014 and invested BGN 1,623,000 for the construction, but not with the aim of living in it, but to sell it at a good profit.
In 2016, when the house was completed, he put it up for sale at a price of 3.6 million, but no buyer was found. The palace has a built-up area of 1,199 square meters, and similar properties in Boyana currently go for between 3,000 and 4,000 euros per square meter. The yard is about 2 decares.
People close to the showman claim that Trifonov decided to move here a year ago, as he was not particularly satisfied with the reconstruction of the “Delta Hill” complex in the village of Kladnitsa in Pernik. His house there is still in his name and has not been put up for sale, the publication added.
