– During an operation due to disturbance of the peace in Bayreuth, the person responsible behaved completely unreasonably. He insulted the police and eventually had to be taken into custody.
Around 8 p.m., a resident complained about very loud music from the apartment of a 45-year-old in the Kreuz district. When the patrol arrived, very loud music could already be heard from afar.
When the police officers called, the person responsible was completely unreasonable. He said he could turn up the volume as loud as he wanted until 10 p.m. Despite repeated attempts, he could not be persuaded otherwise.
When the music system was to be secured, the disturber became very aggressive towards the officers and insulted them. The man was eventually taken into custody for his behavior. He is now facing a criminal complaint for insult and a fine for disturbing the peace.
